Deschacht works in collaboration with a German manufacturer and offers a range of the most commonly requested standard grating panels. In addition, custom-made gratings can be produced with acceptable lead times. These gratings are available in heights from 20 to 60 mm, with load-bearing bars in thicknesses of 2 or 3 mm and a frame thickness of 2 to 3 mm. Mesh spacing is available in multiples from 11 mm up to 99 mm and can, if required, differ in the direction of the load-bearing bars and the cross bars. Anti-slip can be applied to the cross bars, the load-bearing bars, or both. Furthermore, specific versions are available for pallet racking. Various additional welding options are also possible, such as toe plates, cut-outs according to drawing, and the fitting of hinges.
