Devacontrol is an essential component of any rainwater drainage system. A significant amount of dust and fine sand is deposited on roofs. These are the main causes of clogging in rainwater filters and infiltration systems. The inspection chamber incorporates a settling area where much of this dust and sand is retained. The leaf trap in the Devacontrol ensures that the remainder of the pipework, the rainwater tank, infiltration systems, etc. remain free from leaves and branches. Branches, leaves and fragments of roof tiles can otherwise cause blockages. Devacontrol also functions as an inspection chamber, providing access to all pipework beneath the surface around the house, whether paved or unpaved.
