The drain sump and grating are manufactured from stainless steel grade AISI 304 / EN 1.4301. Upon request, versions in AISI 316L / EN 1.4404 are also available. The type of drain sump execution depends on the load class, the flow rate (amount of water to be drained) and the design parameters. The floor drain sumps are produced from stainless steel sheet with a thickness adapted to the relevant type. All components are argon-welded and subsequently pickled by immersion, ensuring a high-quality finish of the weld seams. Stainless steel drainage in accordance with EHEDG DOC 44, EN 1253, EN 1672 and EN 14159. Drain housing The round shape of the drain housing reduces sedimentation and facilitates the removal of dirt. The weld seams are carefully ground, preventing sharp edges. This ensures safety during installation and maintenance. Gratings Available in various shapes, sizes and configurations. The gratings are selected based on the load class and the location of the drain sump. We offer the following grating options: anti-slip mesh grating, (anti-slip) ladder grating, plate grating and perforated plate grating.
