Grease-laden water from the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, etc. flows into this tank. Due to the difference in density, an automatic separation takes place between the water and the fats. The fats rise to the surface and form a layer on top of the water. The outlet pipe is positioned just above the bottom of the tank, ensuring that no fats are discharged.
